Terms:

Firearms purchases are available for layaway so long as the purchase price exceeds $350. We require 25% down or $250.00, whichever is greater. Monthly payments will be due on the same day each month as the purchase was made in the first month. If the initial payment was made on the 3rd of March, then the subsequent payments are due on April 3rd, May 3rd, and June 3rd. Each monthly payment must be equal to 25% of the purchase price when combined with fees and shipping, or $250, whichever is greater.

Late payments will incur a $25 payment with a 3 day grace period. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable. The finance period will not exceed 100 days under any circumstances and you risk forfeiture of all payments should you fail to complete payment within the 90 days and cumulative 10-day grace period. Indefinite layaway is not offered.

A serial number will not be assigned to a sale until the final payment is received.

Cash transfers (MoneyGram, Instagram) will be accepted when accompanied by a $20 handling fee per payment. Only full monthly payments will be accepted.

Should you change your mind, your money will be refunded less a $100 processing and handling fee plus any late payment fees that have already been assessed. From the point of notification of cancellation, no further late payment fees will be assessed that have not already been assessed. Neither will assessed fees will be rescinded. Late payment fees will be assessed with or without notice. Notification of penalties are not the responsibility of TacOpShop.

Conditions:

TacOpShop reserves the right to refuse business to any party, regardless of reason. Any suspicion of "straw purchases" or "malicious intent" will be refused at point of sale.

Bounced checks will result in immediate cancelling of all orders, unless previous payments have been made and cleared. In that event, a $25 fee will be assessed for processing and handling.

All attempts to purchase firearms by illegal or fraudulent mean will be turned over to the FBI, ATF or local law enforcement or presiding jurisdictional authority.
